Job descriptionAs an Internal Sales Representative, you will be part of our lovely team. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Support, and the Director and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base from our office in Groningen.
Duties and responsibilities
- Approaching cold leads and scheduling appointments.
- Contacting warm leads by phone and email to promote sales and generate additional revenue.
- Deepening relationships with existing customers.
- Ensuring the right information reaches the right customers.
- Drafting contracts with existing and new customers.
- Entering orders and optimizing order processing.
- Organizing and attending national and international trade shows.
What you bring
- Strategic insight to make the right choices in finding interesting leads.
- Enthusiasm and commercial flair to schedule appointments with potential customers for the director to follow up.
- A curious, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- A learning mentality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, English, and German.
- A team player with a hands-on mentality.
- Analytical skills.
