Returns

A Little Lovely Company will gladly accept returns. Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return all products in original packaging and with the original hangtags. A Little Lovely Company cannot accept any products that are broken, used, damaged or altered in any way. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and order refunds are for products only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded (except for items under guarantee).

How to return your items

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via our return form and choose a shipping method.

Place the product in the original packaging and seal the box securely.

Remove old shipping labels.

Take the package to a drop-off point and have the received QR code scanned.

Alternatively, attach the received label to the package and take it to a drop-off point.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return.

Refund

Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned products will be refunded to the same credit card or account that they were paid from. Products that are returned to us because they cannot be delivered (by home or pick up point) will be credited minus the shipping costs.

Exchange products

Exchanging products is not possible. In the event that you wish to exchange, please return your order and place a new order. The original order will be refunded within 5 days.
