Ensuring the privacy of visitors to our website is an important task for us. We handle your (personal) data with care. That is why we describe in this privacy statement what data we collect when you visit our website (www.alittlelovelycompany.nl , www.alittlelovelycompany.com and www.alittlelovelycompany.de) and how we handle this data. Processing of personal data is done in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). ALLC BV uses various techniques to keep track of information about our website visitors, including how this visitor behaves on the website and which pages are visited. This is a common way of working for websites, because it provides information that contributes to the quality of the user experience. Scroll down for more information about our Cookie Policy.
When you place an order through our online store, you enter certain information, which we only store and use in the context of the execution of the order. We pass on your data to others if this is necessary for an order, for example to delivery services and for processing in our warehouse. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We do this on the basis of your consent and we need this information because of the (purchase) contract that we conclude with you. We store this information until your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data for a longer period in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
If you also create an account on our website when placing an order, you must provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will then create an account into which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.
We store the following information in your account: your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, delivery and payment details. You can create this account so that you do not have to re-enter your details every time. We also store information about your previous orders so that we can easily find them. We process this data on the basis of your consent and in the context of the execution of the agreement (when you place an order).
With our customer account you get access to a management environment where you can set, enter and change data yourself.
We store your personal data until you cancel the account. We can cancel your account when you submit a request to do so by sending an email to service@alittlelovelycompany.nl . After this, your data will be deleted, with the exception of the order data. These will be kept for a maximum of seven years after your account has been canceled (this is the legal retention obligation).
When we organize a competition via social media, we process personal data of the participants. This may consist of name and address details and e-mail address. In the context of such a promotion, we use the personal data to offer the promotion and implement participation. The specific terms and conditions applicable to that competition also apply to the competition.
If you, as a participant, object to the above use or if you wish to view, correct or delete your personal data, you can notify us in writing via service@alittlelovelycompany.nl .
By sending an email to our customer service, you can ask us a question, file a complaint or request a return. By sending your email you give us permission to process your personal data.
We use your name and address details, telephone number and email address for this. We need this to handle and process your complaint, question or return. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and for a maximum of 2 years thereafter in connection with our warranty period. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.
With the exception of the parties mentioned in this document, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police require this in the event of a suspicion of a crime).
To prevent website data from being misused, we have enabled encryption on our website. Encryption makes the data traffic between you and the web servers unreadable, so that outsiders do not have access to it.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you as a data subject have the right to inspect your personal data upon written request and to adjust or have them deleted if necessary. You can contact us about this at the following address: ALLC BV Stavangerweg 10, 9723 JC, Groningen or by e-mail service@alittlelovelycompany.nl . To verify your identity, we may ask you for further information.
If you believe that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
We may adjust our privacy statement. Changes will be published on this website. Older versions of our privacy statement will be stored in our archive.
