> I can't log in to my account. What should I do now?
You could first check whether you are on the correct website. We have a consumer webshop and a retailer webshop.
It is not possible to log in to the retailer webshop and vice versa with your consumer account.
Have you already requested a new password, but are you still unable to log in? Please contact our customer service .
Questions about ordering
> I have just placed an order, but would like to add something to it. Is that possible?
Have you already paid for the order? Then it is unfortunately not possible to add anything to your order. Have you not paid yet? Then you can contact customer service and we will be happy to help you.
> Can I cancel my order?
This is possible, as long as it has not yet been processed in the warehouse. Our orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel your order as soon as possible, please call us on: 050-7370191.
> I have placed two orders, can they be sent together?
It is not possible to combine two orders to save shipping costs.
> Can I also order for someone else?
No problem! When placing your order you can also specify a different name and/or delivery address.
> I have not received a confirmation email. What now?
If you have not received confirmation within an hour of placing your order, please check your spam or 'junk items' folder. Perhaps your provider sees our email as spam and therefore does not appear in your inbox. If you have not received any confirmation at all, you can contact us at: service@alittlelovelycompany.nl
Questions about payment
> I placed an order, but the payment failed. What now?
If you have created an account, you can log in and see the status of your order. If it is still set to 'pending payment', you can still use the payment link received and pay for your order again. If this has been 'cancelled', you must place a new order. Don't be afraid of double delivery, because we only ship paid orders.

Questions about delivery
> When can I expect my order?
An order will be packed and shipped the same (working) day if you place it before 4 p.m. This is unless a different delivery time is stated for one of the products. Depending on the country where the package is going, it will then take one to six working days until the parcel service delivers it to you. You will receive a confirmation by email when your order leaves our door.
> What happens if my package is delivered when I am not at home?
All packages within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so that you know when your package will be delivered. Are not you home? You will then receive information from PostNL when another delivery attempt is made or where the package was delivered.
Questions about returns
> Can I return an item if a product is disappointing?
Yes, that's possible. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Read here about how to return something.
> A product arrived to me broken. What now?
All orders are packed and checked by us with care. If something went wrong during shipping, please send an email to service@alittlelovelycompany.nl with the order number and a photo of the damage . We will then contact you as soon as possible.

> I would like to become a reseller. Is that possible?

How annoying! If you are not satisfied with one of our products or our services, please send an email to service@alittlelovelycompany.nl with the order number and a photo of the damage . We always strive to discuss problems or complaints together and resolve them in the best possible way.
