Experienced Sales Representative (32-36 hours)

What does your day look like?

You start your day full of energy with the idea that today you are going to bring in customers who perfectly match our brand. You know how to convert cold leads into warm contacts. You switch quickly and proactively think about how we can make the customer journey of our existing customers even more pleasant and increase their turnover. In between, you send out a quote, make a numerical analysis, enter that new order and work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly. Whether you are organizing a trade fair or on the phone with an international customer, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

What you will be doing?

• Proactively approaching cold leads and arranging appointments;
• Following up on warm leads to generate additional turnover;
• Further expanding the relationship with existing customers;
• Entering orders from distributors and key accounts into the systems;
• Traveling abroad every now and then to visit distributors;
• Drawing up contracts and ensuring the order process runs smoothly;
• Being present at national and international trade fairs to position our brand.

Your strengths

• Commercial flair and persuasiveness, you know how to open doors that remain closed to others;
• You are strategic and have a keen eye for new opportunities and leads;
• Experience in sales and marketing is a must, you understand what it takes to achieve results;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. German is a plus, not a must
• You know how to reach customers;
• You have an inquisitive and proactive mindset, with an eye for detail and optimization;
• You are a real team player with a hands-on mentality and analytical insight;
• You have experience with the Microsoft Office package and are able to quickly master new systems.

• Market-conform salary between €3,200 and €4,350 gross per month;
